This opportunity seeks a skilled Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support a pediatric outpatient clinic serving a school-aged population in a K-12 educational setting. The position is located in Homestead, FL, and offers a full-year contract with no travel required, providing stability and consistency throughout the school year.

Responsibilities include working with children ages 2 to 18 who present mostly mild to moderate speech and language delays. The caseload primarily focuses on pragmatic language skills, receptive and expressive language, reading and writing delays, articulation, and autism spectrum disorderspredominantly high-functioning autism. Caseloads are manageable, with sessions scheduled one child per hour and a dedicated one-hour lunch, creating a low-stress work environment. Collaboration with a team of excellent staff members enhances professional support and development.

Desired qualifications and experience include:

• Certification as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant with experience in both school and healthcare settings
• Comfort working with pediatric outpatient populations
