- Location: Juno Beach, FL
- Engagement: 4.5-month assignment (W-2)
- Reporting: Onsite manager
A day in the life
Morning stand-up with your onsite manager sets the tone. You finalize a targeted search plan for a cybersecurity role, then pivot to refining position descriptions to share with partner search firms. Midday, you screen a slate of candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring teams, and prepare a competitive offer for a finalist. In the afternoon, you fine-tune an applicant flow tracker you built to improve visibility, check in with a local high school placement office about an upcoming event, and advise a supervisor on consistent application of corporate and government hiring guidelines. You wrap by placing a niche ad in a trade journal and confirming interview logistics for tomorrow. Extended hours happen—and when they do, you’re ready.
What you'll own
- Full-cycle recruiting for both technical (IT) and non-technical roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management—always aligned with organizational policies and applicable government regulations.
- Creation and improvement of a tracking and applicant flow process to ensure accuracy and visibility.
- Partnerships with search firms and employment agencies; strategic ad placement in newspapers, trade journals, and related publications.
- Campus and school engagement, coordinating activities that elevate our presence with administrators, faculty, students, and placement offices.
- Close coordination with the area Human Resource Officer to ensure consistent interpretation of corporate recruitment policies, application procedures, and internal placement practices.
- Daily guidance to managers, supervisors, and external applicants to ensure fair administration of federal, state, and corporate policies.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as business demands.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Completed SPHR or PHR certification.
- Comfort collaborating across multiple departments.
- Self-starter who takes action without detailed instructions.
- Proven ability to earn the confidence of leaders at all levels through strong performance.
- Solid knowledge of HR operations and administration.

Compensation and benefits
We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base hourly range for this role, dependent on experience, qualifications, and skills, is estimated at $41.00–$46.00/hr.
