<li>Start: ASAP</li>
<li>Requirement: Certified FNP, active FL license, active DEA</li>
<li>Procedures: Typical primary care duties. Some chat hours may be assigned</li>
<li>PPD: 17 patients per day</li>
<li>Patient population: Average patient 40</li>
<li>Support Staff: MA on site &amp; full office staff</li>
<li>Schedule: 9am-6pm - One hour lunch</li>
<li>EMR: EClinicalWorks</li>
<li>Credentialing: Can be completed in 30 days or less</li>
<li>Salary: Competitive salary + yearly bonuses. </li>
