We seek an Assistant Property Manager with excellent people skills, sales experience, preferred leasing experience, high energy, positive attitude, and excellent work ethic who wants to grow with a Property Management Company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet leads, answer phone inquiries, and conduct property tours.
- Handle all walk-ins, on-line leads and other potential sales opportunities in a timely professional manner.
- Filing leases, completed work orders, and any other documents.
-Identify residents’ needs and strive to resolve them.
Job Requirements:
***Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS***
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Must be computer-savvy. Knowledge of relevant software applications is a plus
- Experience working in residential property management as a leasing consultant
- Familiar with Fair Housing laws is a plus
- Flexibility and professional presentation
