Senior Project Manager / Client Relationship Manager – Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Maitland (Orlando), Florida | Hybrid Remote
Salary: $140,000 – $210,000 (Based on Experience & Licensure)

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager / Client Relationship Manager (CRM) with a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering. This is a high-impact, client-facing role overseeing complex projects in the healthcare and institutional sectors while driving long-term client partnerships and business growth.
Role Overview
In this dual-role position, you will combine technical leadership with client relationship management, ensuring high-quality project delivery while cultivating strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Team Management

Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams on large-scale projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Manage projects across healthcare, K-12, higher education, federal, and sports/stadium sectors.

Oversee project budgets, staffing allocations, schedules, and technical quality.

Participate in key client and internal meetings, documenting and driving project-critical actions.

Support staffing plans and project resource allocation in coordination with leadership.
Client Leadership & Business Development

Act as primary client point of contact; ensure quality service and proactive solutions.

Identify additional service opportunities and negotiate scope changes.

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and support forecasting and financial planning.

Contribute to business development efforts by expanding relationships in healthcare and institutional markets.
Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.

Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.

10+ years of project management experience, with a strong record in healthcare or institutional projects.

Proven ability to balance technical expertise, client engagement, and business strategy.
Skills & Tools

Strong knowledge of building systems, engineering methods, and construction administration.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Understanding of budgeting, fee proposals, and project financial management.
