MedBeautiq, a high-end medical aesthetic and wellness clinic in Boca Raton, is seeking a polished, proactive, and patient-focused Patient Concierge to join our team. This role is the heart of our patient experience — the first smile they see and the support they rely on throughout their visit.
We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, compassionate, and confident in managing a fast-paced aesthetic environment.
Responsibilities
· Welcome patients warmly and create a luxury, patient-centered experience
· Manage phone calls, text messages, emails, and appointment confirmations
· Check in and check out patients, schedule appointments, and update patient profiles
· Collect patient information, secure card details, and prepare intake paperwork
· Ensure memberships are properly managed and up to date
· Prepare new patient gifts
· Assist patients with procedure inquiries, skincare questions, and general support
· Send aftercare instructions following treatments
· Provide support when needed (e.g., applying numbing under provider guidance)
· Take patient photos when required
· Perform follow-up communication post-procedure
· Keep the reception area clean, stocked, and organized
· Receive packages, manage inventory, and support daily clinic operations
Requirements
· Previous experience in aesthetics, healthcare, hospitality, or spa environments preferred
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Ability to multitask in a busy, high-end medical setting
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities
· Professional appearance and demeanor
· Bilingual (English/Portuguese/Spanish) is a plus
· Familiarity with medical spa treatments is a plus
