Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic | Florida
Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year
Location: West Palm Beach, Florida
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Our clinics focus on treating musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, and general orthopedic care, all while ensuring a compassionate and patient-first approach.
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. As a PTA, you’ll work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced setting, helping patients recover from injuries and surgeries while promoting strength, mobility, and functional independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide hands-on care including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment interventions as directed by the PT
- Educate patients on exercises and safety techniques to improve outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the clinic's EMR system
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated care
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program from an accredited school
- Active Florida PTA license (or eligible)
- Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred but not required
- Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about patient care and rehabilitation
