Responsibilities:

• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of construction and maintenance projects to ensure they are completed on time.

• Maintain and update master schedules for ongoing projects, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress.

• Monitor project timelines and identify potential delays, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.

• Scan and archive project documentation to maintain acc.urate records.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.

• Provide administrative support.

• Track project milestones and ensure compliance with established deadlines.

• Work closely with vendors and contractors to facilitate project requirements.

• Assist in resolving issues that may arise during project implementation.

• Prepare and distribute project updates and reports to relevant teams

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities.

• Familiarity with construction and project management processes.

• Proficiency in maintaining master schedules and tracking project progress.

• Experience with scanning and archiving documentation.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and external partners.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

•Proficient in Microsoft Excel
