• Scan and archive project documentation to maintain acc.urate records.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
• Provide administrative support.
• Track project milestones and ensure compliance with established deadlines.
• Work closely with vendors and contractors to facilitate project requirements.
• Assist in resolving issues that may arise during project implementation.
• Prepare and distribute project updates and reports to relevant teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities.
• Familiarity with construction and project management processes.
• Proficiency in maintaining master schedules and tracking project progress.
• Experience with scanning and archiving documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
