Responsibilities:

Oversee Operations: Direct activities within the region.

Business Plans: Implement policies and procedures for both MVA and DSN.

Drive Sales & Profits: Focus on growing sales and profitability.

Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage employees.

Budget Management: Manage drawdown accounts and office spreadsheets.

Performance Monitoring: Track regional performance against goals.

Market Analysis: Analyze KPI.

Sales Strategies: Create and execute plans to boost sales.

Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with dealers.

Job Description:

* Automotive Tag and Title experience a PLUS

* Managerial experience required

* Manage and supervise the daily operations of a Tag Agency to include walk in dealer customers, walk in customers and dealer customers.

* Make sure the employees under your supervision have the complete knowledge of duties and responsibilities to comply with DMV/Agency standards.

* Responsible for Interviewing, hiring and training candidates to operate efficiently and effectively per company standards.

* Make sure the agency is organized and clean.

* Protect customer private information and secure inventory.

* Assist title clerks with customer service issues.

* Follow all company safety guidelines and policies.

* *Be available to cover any position at the agency caused by the absence of an employee.

Ensure the Agency is:

1. Up to date with proper reports

2. Staffed appropriately based on the approval of upper management.

3. Meet expectations of customer service and wait times.

4. Make sure the office is clean and organized meeting management expectations, on a daily basis.

5. Must respond to County requests in a timely manner (title error, specific reports, etc.)

6. Maintain proper inventory.

7. Equip agency for emergencies (hurricanes, tropical storms, etc.).

Language Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one- on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates and Licenses:

Ability to pass criminal background check

Pay – Compensation will be based on experience and knowledge.

If an applicant is qualified, an interview will be set up with the hiring Manager. If selected for the position, an application and background check form will be forwarded for completion. Once the results of the background are received and cleared, an offer of employment will be forwarded, and a start date can be determined. The Onboarding (new hire) process will be forwarded on the first day of employment.
