Senior Project Manager - Healthcare

Job Description

You’ll serve as the primary leader for a major healthcare construction project, overseeing all phases from planning through delivery while working closely with executive leadership, field teams, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Full lifecycle management of a large SNF project
• Oversight of schedules, budgets, contracts, and financial performance
• Coordination with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Leadership of project teams, superintendents, and support staff
• Risk management, change order strategy, and quality control
• Seamless transition to future projects upon completion

Ideal Background:

• Proven experience delivering Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living projects
• Strong understanding of healthcare construction requirements and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills
• Ability to manage complex, large-scale projects from start to finish
