Duties
- Lead and supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with best practices in healthcare management.
- Monitor compliance with JCAHO standards and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
