About the Role
We’re hiring a Quality Inspector to support our electronics manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for inspecting printed circuit boards (PCBs), assemblies, and sub-assemblies to ensure they meet strict quality standards. This is a detail-oriented position requiring strong visual inspection skills, use of magnification tools, and accurate data entry into inspection systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and repetitive inspections to ensure quality at multiple stages of production.
- Inspect in-process and finished assemblies for conformance to quality assurance standards.
- Follow visual aids, ECNs, and operating procedures to determine acceptance or rejection.
- Conduct inspections using magnifying glass, lot sampling methods, first article checks, and AOI machines.
- Record pass/fail data in computerized MES systems.
- Communicate quality findings to supervisors and support continuous improvement.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and maintain compliance with security policies.
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing (electronics/PCB preferred).
- QC certification required.
- Experience in printed circuit board manufacturing or related technical field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes.
- Comfortable working under supervision in a fast-paced environment.
