JOB DESCRIPTION: ATTRACTION MONITOR
Title: Attraction Monitor (a.k.a. Fun-Safety Hero)
Reports To: Attractions Manager or Shift Supervisor
Location: Bravoz Entertainment Center
About the Role:
Want to get paid to help people have the best time ever? As an Attraction Monitor at Bravoz, you’re not just watching the action—you’re part of it. You’ll keep everyone safe, energized, and smiling while they bounce, flip, and play on our trampolines, ninja course and other attractions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the safety superstar: Teach guests the rules, keep things running safely, and step in when needed.
- Be the hype squad: Bring energy, encourage kids (and adults!) to try new moves, and keep the vibe fun.
- Keep it spotless: Make sure attraction areas are clean, organized, and ready for action.
- Be the eyes and ears: Quickly respond to any incidents or injuries, and help guests get the care they need.
- Team up: Communicate with fellow Monitors and supervisors to keep everything running smoothly.
- Own the guest experience: Make every visitor feel welcome, safe, and excited to come back.
Who You Are:
- At least 18 years old
- Naturally outgoing, friendly, and positive.
- Confident enforcing rules—but always with a smile.
- Happy to move! You’ll be on your feet, staying active.
- Loves working with kids, families, and groups.
- CPR/First Aid certified? Awesome
- Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Previous coaching experience a plus
