Job Description Summary:
This on-site Leasing Consultant role is all about creating an exceptional experience for our residents and prospects. You'll be the face of our luxury community - showcasing apartment homes, closing leases, and building genuine relationships with future residents. If you're a people-person with a passion for service and a love for real estate, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents through available apartments and amenities
- Accurately complete applications, collect deposits, and prepare leases
- Conduct daily follow-up calls, texts, and emails with leads and prospects
- Execute outreach marketing and participate in resident events
- Assist with lease renewals, inspections, and resident service requests
- Collaborate with the leasing and property management team to meet occupancy goals
- Maintain a professional, welcoming leasing office and model apartments
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations at all times
Essential Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional focus on detail.
- Proactive individual who works independently.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of leasing or sales experience, preferably in a lease-up or luxury multifamily setting
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) candidates are strongly preferred
- Customer-service mindset with excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using leasing software such as Yardi, OnSite, or Bluemoon
- High energy, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed
