Rapidly growing Florida Workers Compensation and personal Injury firm is looking for litigation associates to join their team. The firm represents clients throughout Florida and is dedicated to providing each of their clients the highest quality of legal specialization both inside and out of the courtroom. They represent only injured parties – never insurance companies.
The litigation associates will be expected to provide litigation support to their team of six trial attorneys and assist in all aspects of litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for upward mobility while learning and gaining experience to become a workers' compensation litigator. The positions are onsite at the firm’s Coral Springs, FL office.
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Must have 0-3 years of litigation experience</li>
<li>Must be a good standing member for the Florida Bar</li>
<li>Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial is a plus</li>
<li>Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written).</li>
<li>Ability to manage a high volume caseload.</li>
