We’re seeking a hands-on contractor to lead daily operations of a high-volume, fast-casual location featuring multiple food brands. As an independent operator, you’ll have the freedom to manage hours, pricing, staffing, and menus, while benefiting from operational and technical support, marketing, and demand engine.
What you’ll do as an Operator:
•Oversee day-to-day business operations for a multi-brand, fast-casual restaurant
•Build, lead, and train a small, fast-moving team
•Collaborate with delivery partners and in-person traffic to maximize revenue, especially during late-night hours
•Adapt and innovate offerings to suit the local market and customer demand
•Take on full ownership for business results, with flexible support
Contract Compensation Model:
•Base earnings of $65,000 per year
•Significant upside potential, with top operators earning more than $200,000 per year

What we’re looking for:
•Proven leadership in fast-casual restaurant operations (3+ years)
•Experience leading small teams in high-volume environments
•Comfort working entrepreneurially and adapting quickly
•Familiarity with the dining scene, especially late night, is a big plus
•Active Food Manager Certification
