Job Summary
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient operations, and driving sales to meet targets.
Duties
- Manage and supervise store staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Create and execute promotional activities to drive customer engagement
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members
Skills
- Sufficient physical capability for appliance delivery and installation tasks
- Willingness and ability to learn and participate actively in training.
- Proficiency in computer operations, capable of using ERP systems and social media platforms.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills, excellent at communicating with customers and possessing strong sales capabilities.
- Sales management experience
- Ability to conduct employee orientation and training
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of market trends and competition
- Excellent organizational skills to oversee store operations efficiently
- Ability to buy and manage inventory effectively
- Proven track record in team management
