Community Warranty Manager
Job Description
Community Warranty Manager (3-Month Contract)
📍 Sarasota, FL | 🕒 Full-Time, Contract
Looking for your next short-term win in construction and customer service? We need someone who can step in, own it, and make homeowners feel heard and taken care of.
We’re hiring a Community Warranty Manager on a 3-month contract to help support our Sarasota division during a busy stretch. This is a field-based role where you’ll be the go-to person for managing warranty requests, coordinating subcontractors, and making sure every homeowner walks away satisfied. If you’ve got a background in residential construction or warranty, and you're great with people, we’d love to have you hit the ground running.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners needing warranty support.
- Handle all incoming service requests and make sure repairs are scheduled and completed properly.
- Conduct home walkthroughs and verify issues fall under warranty coverage.
- Use BuildPro (we’ll train you if needed) to log and track warranty tickets and home reviews.
- Coordinate with subs and internal teams to get things done fast and right.
- Follow up on outstanding issues and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Deal with escalated calls professionally and get them resolved.
- Educate homeowners on maintenance items vs warranty coverage.
What We’re Looking For
- 18+ months of customer service experience (ideally in construction or warranty work).
- Familiarity with homebuilding processes or the residential construction space.
- Strong communication and follow-through—you say what you’re going to do and get it done.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once.
- Willing and able to travel locally to meet with homeowners in the Sarasota area.
- Bonus if you’ve used BuildPro or similar systems before.
Why This Role?
- Short-term impact, long-term value. Help us close out the quarter strong and leave homeowners feeling good.
- Not your typical desk job. You’ll be in the field, solving real problems, and meeting real people.
- Possibility for full-time. This role could open doors to longer-term opportunities.
Ready to jump in and make an immediate impact?
Let’s talk. This is a great short-term role for someone who knows the industry and wants to stay sharp—or for someone looking to get their foot in the door with a top builder.
