Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) and experience in school settings is needed for a contract position serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This role is based in Naples, FL, supporting a dynamic educational environment focused on fostering communication development and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized speech and language therapy to students across K-12 grade levels
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders and develop tailored treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with educational standards and regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of inclusive classroom strategies
Desired Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid School SLP credential or licensure for practicing in educational settings
- Experience working with children and adolescents in school environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs
