Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team in a multifaceted role that includes administrative support, assistant property management, event coordination,and assisting with the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). This position requires an individual who is organized, proactive, and able to balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills,a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with residents, staff, board members and vendors. Preferred to have 1-3 years of experience in community management.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Accept and verify the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), ensuring compliance with community guidelines and assisting with the review and approval of architectural requests.
  • Assist Property Manager with obtaining supplier and contractor quotations.
  • Receive phone calls and address issues as directed by the Manager.
  • Ensure that property files and records are properly maintained.
  • Provide administrative support and coordination to the Property Manager.
  • Handle general day-to-day inquiries and concerns from residents and keep all residents' information up to date.
  • Perform general office/administrative duties as needed.
  • Oversee and coordinate social activities in conjunction with the community calendar.



FULL-TIME Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


Pay Rate: UP TO $25 DOE
