About the Role
As Virtual Office Counsel, you will:
- Handle EPLI-covered litigation, administrative agency charges (EEOC, DOL), and demand letters
- Manage single-plaintiff matters in federal and state courts
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal strategy documents
- Collaborate with experienced partners, associates, and paralegals in a distributed team
- Avoid depositions, hearings, and other in-person requirements
What You Need
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- 5+ years of employment law experience, ideally in a law firm
- Bar admission in good standing (California preferred)
- Strong litigation, legal writing, and case management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Compensation & Perks
- $130K–$165K base salary, based on selected billable hour target, experience, skills, and qualifications
- 10% annual bonus eligibility
- Billable hour expectation: 1,500 hours/year
