Faithworks Janitorial Services is hiring part-time Janitorial Technicians to clean restrooms daily at Lake County Water Authority preserve locations. We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented workers who live in or near Clermont (Lake Louisa Preserve) or Leesburg (Flat Island and Bourlay Preserves).

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize public restrooms, including fixtures, mirrors, walls, and floors
  
  
• Empty trash bins and restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
  
  
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and follow health & safety protocols.
  
  
• Submit daily checklist reports via the app.
  
  
• Work independently and be on time.
  
  

Cleaner 2A (Clermont-based) will service Lake Louisa Preserve.

• ~30 minutes per day
  
  
• 7 days/week (flexible early AM schedule)
  
  

Cleaner 2B (Leesburg-based) will service Flat Island & Bourlay.

• ~1.25 hrs/day
  
  
• 7 days/week (includes paid drive time between sites)
  
  

Qualifications:

• Live near or in the Clermont or Leesburg area.
  
  
• Ability to perform light physical labor
  
  
• Dependable, punctual, and self-directed
  
  
• Reliable transportation
  
  
• A smartphone is required for clock-in and task verification
