Kalos Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Foreman to lead and oversee commercial plumbing installation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll direct field crews, ensure work is performed to spec, and keep projects on track in terms of quality, safety, and schedule.
We’re looking for a natural leader who can motivate crews, communicate clearly with project managers, and take pride in delivering excellent work in a dynamic, team-driven environment. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who can drive production, coordinate with project managers, and ensure high-quality installation on large-scale commercial projects across Florida.
Compensation: $27- $37 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Variable Shifts - Need Flexibility based on Project needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial construction projects.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and team members.
- Maintain safety standards and job site organization.
- Travel across the state of Florida to support projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/foreman role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation practices, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Able to pass a background check and drug test.
