Position: Bilingual Project Coordinator Impact Windows

Required Skills:
• Project Coordinator Experience for Windows and Doors
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Experience:
• 3-5 years of Project Coordinator Experience for Windows and Doors

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist in answering questions from the homeowners during the process leading up to the installation.
• Schedule installation date with the homeowner.
• When scheduling the installation date with the homeowner.
• During the installation the PC will communicate with the homeowner. The Field Manager will handle ALL communications with the Installer.
• The PC will handle all issues with the installation process with the homeowner once delivered, having to do with product.
• PC will print all pictures for inspections the day before and leave them ready for pick up in the morning by the Installers.
• The PC will assist the accounting department in closing out the previous month of installations.
