Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC certification is needed for the 2025-2026 school year in a K-12 educational setting located in Wauchula, FL. This contract position offers an opportunity to provide invaluable support to students across multiple sites, delivering vital speech and language therapy services.

Position Details:

  • Contract duration: July 30th, 2025 through May 27th, 2026
  • Full-time hours: 37.5 to 40 hours per week
  • Service coverage: 2-3 school sites
  • Student population: Kindergarten through 12th grade

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance with school policies
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience delivering speech therapy services within a K-12 school environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and staff
  • Ability to manage caseload across multiple sites efficiently
