Clinical Specialist – Neuromodulation (Field-Based)
Full-Time | Territory-Based | Travel Required
Overview
We’re seeking a dedicated Clinical Specialist to support the delivery of innovative therapies in the field of bladder and bowel health. This field-based role provides clinical and procedural support for neuromodulation treatments that help manage conditions such as:

Overactive bladder
-
Non-obstructive urinary retention
-
Fecal incontinence
These therapies offer patients meaningful improvements in their daily lives.
As a Clinical Specialist, you’ll collaborate closely with healthcare providers to deliver surgical support, post-operative care, and technical expertise. You’ll also play a key role in clinical education, therapy troubleshooting, and working with cross-functional teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Provide in-person surgical support including equipment setup, intraoperative assistance, and post-op follow-up

Act as the clinical expert for therapy setup, device programming, and patient education

Educate physicians, nurses, and clinical staff through in-services, 1:1 trainings, and workshops

Stay current on product updates, competitive technologies, and best practices

Support the sales team with clinical insight, product recommendations, and customer relationships
-
Maintain documentation, manage product orders/replacements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Mentor and onboard new team members as needed

Partner with regional and corporate teams to support broader initiatives
Qualifications
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
At least 2 years of direct clinical or patient-facing experience (e.g., nursing, surgical tech, allied health)
Preferred:
-
Advanced degree (BSN, MSN, or related field)
-
Hands-on experience with implantable devices or neuromodulation therapies
-
Clinical or sales experience in urology, neurology, operating room settings, or home healthcare
-
Prior work with a medical device or pharmaceutical company
-
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
-
Experience training or coaching clinical staff
-
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment
-
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Additional Information

This is a field-based role with frequent travel within the assigned territory

Must be able to navigate clinical environments and lift/carry equipment
