We are seeking a skilled Infusion Nurse (RN) to join our independently owned and operated agency. The Infusion Nurse is responsible for providing safe, high-quality home health clinical services, ensuring compliance with nursing standards, and supporting patients and families with compassionate care.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Deliver care as defined by each client’s individualized Plan of Care, within the state’s nurse practice act.

Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly to appropriate personnel.

Provide specialized nursing services including IV infusion therapy and injection training.

Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Counsel clients and families to support overall health and well-being.

Ensure adherence to HIPAA and client confidentiality standards.
Required Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications

Current, unrestricted RN license in Florida.

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required; 3–5 years of clinical experience (with at least 1 year in home health, primary care, or a healthcare facility) strongly preferred.

Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.

Clean background and criminal record.

Knowledge of state and federal regulatory compliance.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience
-
Peripheral IV starts and maintenance.
-
IV infusion therapy and self-infusion training.
-
Phlebotomy (adult and pediatric patients).
-
CVAD (Central Venous Access Device) experience.
-
Advanced nursing certifications (CRNI, OCN preferred).
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.

Graduate of a National League of Nursing accredited program (required).
