Job Summary:
We’re seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Workers to join a growing production team in Pompano Beach. This position involves assembling, inspecting, and preparing products to meet quality and production standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products and components according to written and verbal instructions
- Inspect parts and finished goods to ensure accuracy and quality
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Meet daily production goals and follow company procedures
- Assist with packaging and labeling completed items
- Communicate any production issues or defects to supervisors
- Follow all safety rules and maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ year of experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
Work Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Environment:
- Clean, fast-paced production setting
- May involve varying temperatures
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided as needed
