Skilled Laborer – Clearwater, FL
Start Monday 11/10 | Commercial Demolition Project
Talent Corps is seeking a skilled laborer for a demolition project in Clearwater. This role requires someone reliable, safety-focused, and experienced working with demolition tools and physical job-site tasks.
Job Duties:
• Perform demolition of interior and exterior building components (walls, ceilings, flooring, fixtures, etc.)
• Operate hand and power tools, including sledgehammers, saws, grinders, chipping hammers, and demo bars
• Assist with debris removal, material hauling, and general site cleanup
• Safely operate demo equipment or lifts if qualified
• Identify and remove non-structural components without damaging remaining structures
• Follow all safety procedures, including dust control, fall protection, silica compliance, and hazard awareness
• Load and unload materials and dispose of waste properly
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting, kneeling, climbing, and confined spaces
Qualifications:
• 1–3 years demolition or construction labor experience preferred
• Experience with hand tools and demolition equipment
• Ability to read and follow instructions and site plans
• Understanding of job-site safety requirements and PPE
• OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Must have reliable transportation and be punctual
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions (dust, noise, heat/cold)
