What success looks like

You confidently operate blow molding equipment, producing containers in multiple sizes and colors.
You spot quality deviations early and keep output aligned to specs.
You propose smarter methods and equipment tweaks that elevate line efficiency.
You partner with your supervisor and teammates to resolve issues quickly and help others troubleshoot.
You model safe work, GMP compliance, and tidy work areas.
You maintain core assets—blow molders, chillers, air compressors, grinders, and blenders.
You can hang molds and complete set-ups to get lines running smoothly.
You’re flexible to cover operators across shifts when needed.
You diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems and fix them.

This is a representative overview; duties may change and additional responsibilities may be assigned.

What you need to bring

High school diploma or GED.
At least 3 years in blow mold machine maintenance and/or injection molding.
3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Stamina to stand for long periods.
Ability to lift, twist, and carry up to 60 lbs.
Comfort working in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled spaces.
Willingness to work around higher noise levels (location dependent).
Able to wear a full-face respirator when required.
Commitment to Health & Safety and GMP requirements.
Availability for overtime as needed.

Pay and perks

Base hourly range: $36–$41. Final pay is determined by relevant experience/skills, time in role, business line, and work location. Plus, a $5K sign-on bonus.
