What success looks like
- You confidently operate blow molding equipment, producing containers in multiple sizes and colors.
- You spot quality deviations early and keep output aligned to specs.
- You propose smarter methods and equipment tweaks that elevate line efficiency.
- You partner with your supervisor and teammates to resolve issues quickly and help others troubleshoot.
- You model safe work, GMP compliance, and tidy work areas.
- You maintain core assets—blow molders, chillers, air compressors, grinders, and blenders.
- You can hang molds and complete set-ups to get lines running smoothly.
- You’re flexible to cover operators across shifts when needed.
- You diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems and fix them.
This is a representative overview; duties may change and additional responsibilities may be assigned.
What you need to bring
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 3 years in blow mold machine maintenance and/or injection molding.
- 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Stamina to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift, twist, and carry up to 60 lbs.
- Comfort working in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled spaces.
- Willingness to work around higher noise levels (location dependent).
- Able to wear a full-face respirator when required.
- Commitment to Health & Safety and GMP requirements.
- Availability for overtime as needed.
Pay and perks
Base hourly range: $36–$41. Final pay is determined by relevant experience/skills, time in role, business line, and work location. Plus, a $5K sign-on bonus.
