Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Key West, FL
Schedule & Pay: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | $24–$25 per hour

Position Overview
Join our property management team as a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician in scenic Key West. We’re looking for an experienced professional who takes pride in high-quality work and excellent resident service.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete work orders, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs

• Handle unit turnovers and make-readies

• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections

• Maintain grounds and common areas

• Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred

• Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and appliance troubleshooting

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
