Salary: $18–$24/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45AM–5 PM

Position SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about wellness care and has experience or interest in hormone therapy and holistic health.
Responsibilities· Rooming patients and taking vitals· Updating patient charts in EMR (electronic medical records)· Collecting blood and lab samples (phlebotomy certification a plus)· Assisting providers with procedures and follow-up care· Providing patient education regarding treatment plans, supplements, and hormone therapy· Managing medication refills, prior authorizations, and lab orders· Supporting front desk with scheduling and phone calls as needed· Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment
Qualifications· Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) required· Phlebotomy experience preferred· Previous experience in a wellness or hormone-focused clinic is a plus· Strong communication and interpersonal skills· Comfortable with EMR systems and basic computer tasks· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure· Passion for helping patients achieve better health outcomes
