The Role:
We are seeking a licensed Florida pharmacist ready to:
- Lead state licensing & inspection readiness
- Oversee non-sterile 503A operations
- Establish SOPs and compliance systems
- Maintain regulatory standards (Florida + non-resident states)
- Work directly with founders on expansion strategy
This role requires someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a startup environment.

Ideal Candidate
- Active Florida Pharmacist license (required)
- Experience with compounding (strongly preferred)
- Familiar with 503A regulations
- Comfortable preparing for Board inspections
