Now Hiring: Full-Time Evening Maintenance Worker – Jacksonville, FL 32217

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Maintenance Worker to join our client’s team at a private school located in the San Jose area of Jacksonville (32217). This is an evening shift position with hours from 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Position Details:

• Location: San Jose area, Jacksonville, FL 32217

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

• Pay: $17 – $20/hour (depending on experience)

• Start Date: Immediate openings available

Requirements:

• Must pass a drug screening

• Must have a clean background (Level 2 background check & fingerprinting required)

• Reliable transportation to and from the job site

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and air filters in areas inaccessible during the day due to student occupancy

• Provide custodial support when staffing is short, including cleaning assigned areas as needed

• Conduct nightly rounds to collect trash from buildings after custodial staff has removed it
