BlueWave is hiring an Email Marketing Developer for a leading hospitality client based in Miami, FL. As Email Marketing Developer you will be responsible for building and deploying responsive, data-driven email campaigns using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SQL. Success in the position requires strong technical coding skills, experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and the ability to collaborate with creative, marketing, and data teams to deliver personalized, high-impact campaigns.
Responsibilities:
· Code and develop responsive, multi-device optimized emails using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
· Conduct QA, rendering tests, and troubleshoot issues to ensure flawless campaign execution.
· Use SQL to create audience segments and support personalization/dynamic content.
· Collaborate with creative, marketing, and data teams to align campaigns with brand and compliance standards.
· Schedule, launch, and optimize email campaigns with A/B testing and performance reporting.
Requirements:
· 3–5 years of experience in email coding and development, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
· Proficiency in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SQL.
· Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
· Knowledge of email testing, responsive design, and best practices.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with sharp attention to detail.
