Physician Assistant – Primary Care (Orlando, FL)
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing Primary Care practice in Orlando. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment where providers are valued and patient care is the top priority. The PA will practice in close collaboration with and under the supervision of a physician.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive patient evaluations through histories, interviews, and physical exams
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and review medical records
Offer patient counseling, education, and medical guidance
Promote wellness, preventive care, and health maintenance
Efficiently document patient encounters using EMR
Follow up on patient conditions and coordinate care as needed
Participate in quality improvement efforts
Contribute to a respectful, team-oriented, and collegial work environment
Qualifications:
New graduates encouraged to apply; full training and mentorship provided
Strong ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and work well with patients and staff
Adaptability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Foreign language ability is a plus
Highly valued qualities include empathy, compassion, initiative, resilience, punctuality, diligence, and attention to detail
Basic Requirements:
U.S. citizenship
Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited PA program
Successful completion of PANCE with NCCPA certification
Active, full, unrestricted Florida PA license
