Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (30-minute lunch). Saturday availability required during peak summer months (June - August).
Pay Scale: $20 - $25/h depending on experience + bonuses
Position Summary: Perform expert installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring proper setup, efficiency, safety, and long-lasting comfort for our customers.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Minimum of 3 years' HVAC installation experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and safety standards
- EPA is preferred
- NATE certification is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various indoor/outdoor environment
