Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to support patients receiving immunoglobulin (IG) infusion therapy. In this role, you’ll balance clinical oversight with day-to-day pharmacy operations while collaborating closely with providers, payers, and home nursing services to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality patient care.
What You’ll Do
Clinical & Patient Care
- Conduct initial patient assessments and ongoing refill reassessments
- Provide clinical consultations to patients and healthcare providers
- Coordinate and schedule in-home nursing services
- Create and maintain patient supply sheets
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, pharmacy, and regulatory standards
Operational & Pharmacy Responsibilities
- Perform pre-verification and final verification of prescriptions
- Prepare and oversee medication dispensing and shipping independently
- Support insurance appeals when needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls with patients, providers, and payers
- Work closely with another pharmacist in an environment without pharmacy technician support
What You Bring
- Active Florida Pharmacist license (required)
- Willingness to obtain South Carolina licensure and additional state licenses as needed
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- 2+ years of pharmacy experience with Immunoglobulin (IG) infusion therapy
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Comfort working independently and contributing across multiple areas
- Flexibility and willingness to support a growing, evolving organization
