We’re seeking a seasoned Plumbing Superintendent to lead our large‐scale commercial and multifamily new-construction projects across North and South Florida. You’ll oversee day-to-day field operations, mentor crews, and ensure every installation meets design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing operations, ensuring compliance with project specs and OSHA standards (OSHA 30 preferred)
- Lead, train, and mentor plumbing crews, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain productivity, quality, and safety
- Review blueprints, engineering packages, and shop drawings for constructability—maintain up-to-date drawing files
- Develop material takeoffs, prepare requisitions, and manage on-site inventories
- Conduct toolbox talks, enforce site-specific safety protocols, and proactively identify hazards
- Submit daily field reports, document punch-list items, and drive project close-out and turnover
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and design teams to resolve issues and keep schedules on track
- Support change-order management, cost control, and post-award “buy-out” lists
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Plumbing Superintendent on large commercial or multifamily new-construction projects
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes
- Strong leadership skills—experience managing multi-discipline crews in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and field-service/document-control software
- Valid driver’s license; able to commute or relocate to project regions
- Preferred: Trade apprenticeship completion, OSHA 30, and active plumbing license
