Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Ruskin, FL. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, working closely with patients and families, and documenting progress accurately. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals and participation in multidisciplinary meetings will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and expertise in addressing a range of Speech-related challenges
- Experience in diagnosing and treating Dysphagia
- Knowledge and ability to address Communication Disorders effectively
- Specialized understanding of Language Disorders and their treatment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Florida
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Experience working in a clinical, educational, or healthcare setting is preferred
