Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, or Visual Impairments, active Teacher of the Visually Impaired certification and 1+ years Teacher of the Visually Impaired experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Virtual Instructor for Visually Impaired Students 20242025 Academic Year
ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) to provide remote instruction during the 20242025 school year. This is a fully online role, with only one position available.

Compensation & Contract Details:

• Hourly Pay: $40$50

• Weekly payments made via direct deposit

• 1099 independent contractor position

Job Details:

• Position: Virtual Instructor for Visually Impaired Students

• Start Date: Immediate

• End Date: End of the academic year

• Additional information available upon request

Qualifications Needed:

• Masters degree in Education for Students with Visual Impairments

• Valid certification to teach visually impaired students in both the students and service states

• At least one year of experience working with visually impaired learners

Hiring Process:

• Introductory 1015 minute call with a recruiter from ProCare Therapy

• Virtual interview with the partnering school district (2030 minutes)

• Hiring decision typically made within one day
