Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the upcoming school calendar year in Naples, FL. This role involves serving K-12 students within multiple school locations, primarily in the East Zone area, including Lehigh Acres and near Naples. The position is on-site, full-time with potential part-time consideration, and runs from January 5 through June 1.
Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Florida teacher certification and/or state license in speech-language pathology
- Credentials accepted: SLP-CCC or SLP-CF; consideration for SLPAs if supervision by licensed SLPs is provided
- Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to assigned caseloads across multiple schools
- Deliver assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to enhance student learning and communication skills
- Maintain all required documentation and comply with applicable regulations and policies
Location:
- Work is assigned to various schools in the Fort Myers and surrounding areas, with Lexington Middle School being closest to Naples
