Now Hiring: Commercial Property Accountant Orlando, FL (On-site)

Compensation: Up to $65K DOE

Hybrid after 90 days - remote Mondays only (no flexibility)

Our client is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Commercial Property Accountant with 1-3 years of experience in office space real estate (more seasoned candidates welcome if they check all the boxes!). If you know your way around full-cycle accounting, CAM reconciliations, and ideally Yardi, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle daily accounting transactions: cash receipts, payables, billings, lease entries, bank recs.
  • Own month-end close and financial reporting for assigned properties.
  • Prepare budgets, CAM estimates/reconciliations, lender draw requests, and sales tax filings.
  • Support audits and ensure SOX compliance.
  • Collaborate with property managers and tenants to resolve billing and lease questions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelors in Accounting (Finance or Accounting minor may be considered).
  • Strong Excel skills (Basic Excel assessment required 75%+ score).
  • Experience with Yardi preferred.
  • Solid understanding of commercial real estate accounting.



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
