Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Wash Rack Attendant to join our team. This position involves pressure washing heavy equipment and components, ensuring a clean and safe work environment, and assisting in various duties as directed by supervisory personnel. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to contribute to team efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pressure Washing: Perform pressure washing on heavy equipment and components as needed to ensure they are clean and in optimal working condition.
• Work Area Maintenance: Keep the wash rack area clean and organized at all times to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
• Physical Tasks: Perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, as required by the role.
• Documentation: Accurately document time worked and tasks completed, ensuring all work is tracked and reported as needed.
• Inspection Logs: Maintain a daily log of inspections performed on equipment and work areas.
• Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members and management, communicating any issues or concerns promptly.
• Assistance with Other Duties: Assist in other tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor or Service Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

Qualifications:

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, climb, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role (preferred, but not required).
• Work Environment: Must be able to work in various weather conditions and be comfortable around heavy machinery and equipment.
