Bar & Restaurant Field Auditor / Liquor Auditor

Part time Position

$18/ hr starting.

401K with matching and 6 paid holidays/year for hourly employees

Promotions available.

BARMETRIX Miami is looking for hard working, intelligent people who want to join a fast-growing restaurant consulting business at an entry level position that has endless room for advancement.

Roles and Responsibilities of the position

In addition to all general responsibilities listed in this document, the Assistant 1 – Auditor position will:

· Be at the location at 5:45 am

· Count any and all products in the various venues we service. This can include but is not limited to

• • Weigh open bottles.
  • Count loose bottles of beer.
  • Weigh kegs.
  • Count cases.

· Organize bars as you go.

· Move cases, kegs, and battles as needed to access all products that we need to count at any given venue.

· Show up on time, ready to work with equipment out, setup, and working by the start time on the schedule.

· Show up to work each day in a clean uniform.

· Complete any reasonable task or request made by your supervisor during your shifts.

Finally, the basic requirements are the following.

• A reliable car
• The Ability to be anywhere in Miami by 6am on a daily basis.
• The Ability to sustain several hours of physical labor at a time.
