DAILY WORK:
This general manager role works a consistent schedule of Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
As our Restoration Services GM, you lead the charge in building a high-performing, mission-minded team that thrives on accountability and excellence. Your day-to-day will include:
- Kicking off each day by rallying and motivating your team
- Creating a positive, collaborative work environment
- Overseeing day-to-day plumbing operations and service calls
- Providing hands-on support and mentorship to field staff
- Streamlining workflows and implementing efficient systems
- Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Helping lead the expansion into HVAC and electrical operations
- Solving problems in real time and supporting long-term company goals
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS RESTORATION SERVICES GM:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proven supervisor or management experience
- Journeyman Plumbing License required (Master Plumber preferred)
- Strong report writing and documentation skills
- A proactive, mission-focused mindset with excellent leadership ability
