Eye 4 Group is growing, and we’re looking for a seasoned large-format production pro who loves the craft as much as the outcome. As our Large-Format Graphics Production Technician, you’ll turn creative concepts into finished signs and graphics that clients across Indiana rely on.
A day in this role
You kick off the morning calibrating an HP Latex printer, reviewing color targets, and pulling substrates for the first run: aluminum panels and acrylic. Midday, you’re trimming, laminating, and mounting graphics, then plotting vinyl on the Graphtec and applying complex decals with zero bubbles. By afternoon, you’re assembling dimensional elements, double-checking specs against work orders, packaging completed jobs for install, and updating the team lead on throughput and inventory needs.

What you’ll handle
- Operate large-format printers, vinyl cutters, laminators, and related finishing equipment
- Prep substrates (vinyl, aluminum, acrylic, PVC, and more) and stage materials for production
- Apply vinyl graphics to rigid substrates with meticulous alignment and finish quality
- Execute cutting, weeding, trimming, laminating, mounting, packaging, and labeling
- Assemble signs and dimensional elements to spec
- Inspect output for wrinkles, bubbles, color variance, misalignment, or defects
- Read and follow work orders, color callouts, and finishing details
- Organize completed jobs for installation, shipment, or pickup
- Monitor substrate, vinyl, and ink levels; flag shortages to avoid delays
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe production area
- Coordinate with the Production Lead and teammates to hit deadlines
What you bring
- 2+ years in print production/sign assembly (wide-format, vinyl, finishing)
- Hands-on experience with large-format printers, cutters/plotters, and laminators
- Detail-obsessed approach and strong quality control mindset
- CNC experience a plus (routing, cutting, engraving)
- Comfort reading work orders and production schedules
- Material familiarity: vinyl, aluminum, acrylic, PVC, and other common substrates
- Organized, deadline-driven, and reliable
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude, team-first mentality, and punctuality
Tools & tech
- Large Format Printing Equipment: HP Latex

- General: Basic computer skills; knowledge of large-format graphics workflows
