Due to growth, they are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to join the team in West Palm Beach to build an exclusive and very high-profile hotel/condo project in West Palm Beach. This project is a resume builder and you will be working with an excellent developer that is a quality client and be surrounded with a great team of people.

Below are the requirements for this role:

· 10+ years in the commercial construction industry- must have experience with hotel or high-rise residential projects

· College degree in construction or related field preferred

· A team builder and team player

· Experience with projects in the $50M-$200M range

· Ability to deal directly with clients
