Seeking a professional and full-time Lifestyle Director to represent Property Management company at a very busy and social homeowner's association.

The best fit is similar to a Cruise Director. Very friendly, but firm. Organized, resourceful, experienced with booking events/entertainment, catering, public speaking, etc. Some nights, many weekends, and most Holidays are required.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate all event activities and personnel
Distribute all meeting information and supplies to attending personnel
Calculate and propose budgets for planned events or meetings
Research and identify successful event opportunities
Maintain stock of event supplies
Work with social committee to reach goals

Must be flexible with hours

Qualifications:

3+ solid years previous experience in event planning or other related fields
Strong computer skills
Strong project managing skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to work well in teams and independently
