Job Description

LHH is partnering with an established engineering client in West Palm Beach to find a Florida-licensed Land Surveyor with a passion for supporting impactful municipal and land development projects.

Role Highlights:

• Boundary, topographic, and construction staking surveys

• Field-to-finish operations including data collection, mapping, and legal descriptions

• Collaborate with civil engineering teams on site development and utility design

• Prepare and review survey drawings, plats, legal descriptions, and elevation certificates

Requirements:

• Active Florida Professional Surveyor & Mapper (PSM) license

• 5+ years of experience in land surveying for civil infrastructure and development projects

• Proficiency in GPS, robotic total stations, and survey data processing software

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey CAD standards

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually DOE

Schedule: On-site role in West Palm Beach, 8am–5pm
